Я, Нурмухаметов Василь Ахметович (по паспорту Кутлыевич), родился 16 февраля 1935 года в деревне Чишма-Уракаево Аскинского района Республики Башкортостан (Россия). Учился на факультете «Радиотехники» Казанского авиационного института (1954-60), там же работал ассистентом. Далее учился в аспирантуре на кафедре «Радиофизики» Университета дружбы народов (Москва, 1963-66). Кандидат физико-математических наук (1967). Был научным сотрудником Казанского физико-технического института АН СССР (1968-84). Работал также конструктором до пенсионного возраста (до 1995 г). Соавтор более 50-ти научных и технических публикаций и отчетов, которые выполнены до ухода на пенсию. В эти годы преподавательской, научной и конструкторской деятельности интересовался также трудами классиков физики и историей развития физических идей.
После ухода на пенсию (1995) стал заниматься уже непосредственно вопросами, которые находятся «за физикой», «над физикой» и «после физики». При этом руководствовался следующими соображениями. В научном познавании внешнего мира осознано, что нам доступны лишь его определенные части (уровни). Размышления о недоступных к наблюдениям частей (уровней) мира принято называть метафизикой. Под метафизикой Неорганического мира (N-мир) мы подразумеваем осмысление его недоступных к наблюдениям, но предположительно реально существующих составляющих, которые можно обозначить как метафизические реальности (MR). Соответственно, физику и метафизику N-мира можно рассматривать как два различных уровня его познавания. Более конкретно, задачей познавания N-мира на уровне MR является осмысление Средств и Способов, необходимых и достаточных для реализации физических законов, включая и законы небесной механики. При этом, естественно, необходимо опереться на современную научную картину мира – на представления о мире и его процессах, выработанные на основе эмпирического исследования и теоретического осмысления.
Эволюция научных взглядов на N-мир, переход от физики к осмыслению Природы на уровне MR отражены в восьми работах, доложенных мною на научных конференциях и опубликованных в их сборниках трудов (1999-2003). К систематической разработке метафизики N-мира приступил в 2004 году. В 2008 году опубликовал книгу под названием «Записки по Метафизике Неорганического мира», последующие работы приведены ниже.
Содержание этих работ можно характеризовать (оценить) как метафизическое учение об N-мире. Ниже перечислим основные принципы этого учения:
1) N-мир целесообразно рассматривать как порядок бытия трех слоев – Активного Эфира (АЭф), Микрообъектов и Излучения;
2) Функционирование N-мира трактуется как совокупность: (1) целенаправленной деятельности АЭф; (2) движения Микрообъектов и их систем; (3) энергообеспечения Микрообъектов и их систем слоем Излучения; (4) информационного взаимодействия между слоями, а также между Микрообъектами;
3) Целесообразно различать Базовый АЭф, АЭф Земли, АЭф Солнца, АЭф планет Солнечной системы, АЭф других небесных светил и планет;
4) Базовый АЭф присутствует всюду во Вселенной и осуществляет контроль и управление материальными объектами в своей неподвижной системе координат;
5) АЭф Земли, АЭф небесных светил и планет осуществляют контроль и управление всеми Микрообъектами, из которых состоят небесные объекты. Эти АЭф осуществляют такой контроль и управление в свих движущихся системах координат;
6) Микрообъекты (электроны, протоны, ядра атомов и атомы) представляют собой автономные объекты (монады), взаимодействующие между собой и с другими слоями в соответствии со своими алгоритмами;
7) Микрообъектам присущи циклическая деятельность – обзор внешнего окружения, обработка полученной информации, принятие решения и его выполнение. Длительность циклов составляет ΔΤ = 6,6262·10-27 сек;
8) Все движения материальных тел сводятся к периодическому самоперемещению Микрообъектов с различной величиной шагов ΔL < ΔL0= 1,9865·10-16 см;
9) Слой Излучения состоит из оптического излучения и радиоизлучения. На уровне MR установлено, что они имеют различную природу. Оптическое излучение представляет собой поток фотонов, радиоизлучение – поток радиоквантов;
10) Все фотоны и радиокванты контролируются и управляются АЭф-ом с момента их формирования до поглощения Микрообъектами. АЭф перемещает их в пространстве с максимальной величиной шага ΔL0 за время ΔΤ, средняя скорость их перемещения равна скорости света ΔL0 / ΔΤ ;
11) Волновые проявления оптического излучения и радиоизлучения обеспечиваются АЭф-ом. Сначала он планирует оптические и радиофизические явления в волновых представлениях, а затем реализует эти явления путем соответствующего управления потоком фотонов и радиоквантов;
12) На уровне MR проблема корпускулярно-волнового дуализма Микрообъектов разрешается аналогично. Некоторые взаимодействия Микрообъектов с материальными системами АЭф сначала планирует в волновых представлениях, а потом реализует эти взаимодействия путем соответствующего управления потоком Микрообъектов;
13) В натурфилософии категории Энергии и Силы представляются как два фундаментальных активных начала в природе. Однако как Энергию, так и Силу невозможно отделить от физических взаимодействий, поэтому становится проблематичным рассматривать их как самостоятельные феномены природы. В «Физической энциклопедии» Энергия определяется как «общая количественная мера движения и взаимодействия всех видов материи». Расчет меры движения и взаимодействия осуществляется АЭфо-ом и Микрообъектами, в алгоритмах которых предусмотрен и закон сохранения энергии;
14) В физике описываются различные виды Сил. Здесь мы ограничимся трактовкой на уровне MR понятия Силы на примере второго закона механики Ньютона. В этом законе Сила первична, ускорение тела вторично. На уровне MR первично ускорение тела, возникающее, в принципе, вследствие информационного взаимодействия Микрообъектов с внешними факторами. Поэтому, на уровне MR, в этом законе Сила трактуется лишь как формальное обозначение произведения массы тела на его ускорение;
15) АЭф обеспечивает все виды взаимодействий: гравитационные, электромагнитные, сильные и слабые. При радиораспаде АЭф аннулирует исходный Микрообъект и создает другие микрообъекты и Излучение в соответствии со своими алгоритмами;
16) Время и АЭф являются фундаментальными структурами мира. Слои Микрообъектов излучения являются производными от АЭф. Пространство является одним из атрибутов АЭф;
17) Протяжённость и объём АЭф конечны, поэтому Неорганический мир представляет собой замкнутую систему.
В заключение отметим следующее. Метафизическое учение открывает путь к осмыслению также и спорадических явлений, например, природы неопознанных летающих объектов и уфологических загадок. Разработанное учение, безусловно, позволяет поднять на более высокий уровень наше миропонимание. Можно надеяться, что осмысление Природы на уровне MR получит дальнейшее развитие.
Doctrine about the Inorganic world at the level of metaphysical reality
I am Vasil Akhmetovich Nurmukhametov (Vasil Kutlyevich Nurmukhametov on the passport). I was born on the 16th of February 1935 in the village Chishma-Urakaevo in the Askinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Russia). I studied at the “Radioengineering” faculty of Kazan Aviation Institute (1954-60) and worked there as teaching assistant. After that I was a graduate student at the department of Radiophysics of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Moscow, 1963-66). I am a Candidate of physical and mathematical sciences (1967). I worked as a researcher in Kazan Physical-Technical Institute of the USSR Academy of Science (1968-84). I also worked as a designer until I retired (until 1995). I co-authored more than 50 scientific and technical publications and reports which were made before I retired. During these years of pedagogical, scientific and designer activity I also concerned myself with the works of classics of Physics and with the history of development of physical ideas.
After I retired (1995) I started to work immediately at the questions which are “beyond physics”, “above physics” and “after physics”. By doing so I was guided by the following considerations. In the scientific cognition of the outside world it is recognized that we can perceive only definite parts of it (levels). The speculations about the parts (levels) of the world which are beyond the reach of observation are commonly called metaphysics. Under metaphysics of the Inorganic world (N-world) we mean comprehension of its constituents which hypothetically exist in the reality but are beyond the reach of observation. They may be noted as metaphysical realities (MR). Accordingly, physics and metaphysics of the N-world may be considered as two different levels of its cognition. More precisely, the task of cognition of the N-world on the MR level is to comprehend the Means and Methods necessary and sufficient for the realization of physical laws, including the laws of celestial mechanics. For this purpose, it is of course necessary to base on the modern scientific picture of the world, i.e. on the concept of the world and of its processes worked out on the basis of empirical research and theoretical comprehension.
The evolution of my scientific view of the N-world, a change from physics to the comprehension of Nature at the MR level are reflected in 8 works reported on scientific conferences and published in their proceedings (1999-2003). I proceeded to the systematic development of metaphysics of the N-world in 2004.
In 2008 I published the book titled “Sketchbook on metaphysics of the N-world”. Subsequent works are given below.
The content of these works may be characterized (assessed) as a metaphysical doctrine about the N-world. Below we list the main principles of this doctrine:
1) It is appropriate to consider the N-world as an order of being of three levels – the Active Ether (AE), Micro-objects and Radiation;
2) The functioning of the N-world is interpreted as a complex of (1) purposeful activity of the AE; (2) motion of Micro-objects and their systems; (3) power supply from the Radiation layer to Micro-objects and their systems; (4) informational interaction between the layers, as well as between the Micro-objects;
3) It makes sense to distinguish between the basic AE, the AE of the Earth, the AE of the Sun, the AE of the planets of the Solar System, the AE of other stars and planets;
4) The basic AE is present everywhere in the Universe, it controls and manipulates material objects in its own fixed frame of reference;
5) The AE of the Earth, the AE of stars and planets control and manipulate all the Micro-objects constituting celestial bodies. These AEs exercise such a control and manipulating in their moving frames of reference;
6) Micro-objects (electrons, protons, atomic nuclei and atoms) represent autonomous objects (monads) interacting with each other and with the other layers in compliance with their algorithms;
7) Micro-objects possess cyclic activity which consists in monitoring the external surrounding, processing received information, making decision and realizing it. The duration of the cycles is ΔΤ = 6,6262·10-27 s;
8) All the movements of material bodies are reduced to the periodic self-motion of Micro-objects with steps of different magnitude ΔL < ΔL0 = 1,9865·10-16 cm;
9) The layer of Radiation consists of optical radiation and radio-frequency (r.f.) radiation. It is established at the MR level that they are of different nature. Optical radiation represent a flux of photons, while r.f. radiation is a flux of radio quanta;
10) All photons and radio quanta are controlled and governed by the AE from the instant of their creation to the instant of their absorption by Micro-objects. The AE moves them in space by steps with maximum possible magnitude ΔL0 during the time ΔΤ . The average speed of their motion is equal to the speed of light ΔL0 / ΔΤ ;
11) The wave manifestation of optical radiation and r.f. radiation are provided by the AE. At first it projects optical and radiophysical phenomena in the wave representation, and then realizes these phenomena by means of corresponding manipulating the flux of photons and radio quanta;
12) At the MR level the problem of wave-particle duality is resolved analogously. Some interactions of Micro-objects with material systems are at first projected by the AE in the wave representation and then realized by means of corresponding manipulating the flux of the Micro-objects;
13) In natural philosophy the categories of Energy and Force are imagined as two active principles in nature. However, it is impossible to separate Energy and Force from the physical interactions, that is why it becomes problematically to regard them as independent natural phenomena. In “Physical Encyclopaedia” Energy is defined as “general quantitative measure of motion and interaction of all kinds of matter”. The calculation of the measure of motion and interaction is performed by the AE and Micro-objects, whose algorithms provide for the energy conservation law;
14) Physics describes different kinds of Forces. Here we will restrict ourselves to the interpretation of the concept of Force at the MR level using the example of the Newton’s second law. In this law Force is primary, acceleration of a body is secondary. At the MR level acceleration originating, in principle, from the informational interaction of Micro-objects with external factors is primary. That is why at the MR level Force in this law is interpreted just as a formal notation for the product of the body’s mass and its acceleration;
15) The AE insures all the kinds of interactions: gravitational, electromagnetic, strong and weak interactions. By radio decay the AE removes the initial Micro-object and creates another Micro-objects and Radiation in compliance with its algorithms;
16) The Time and the AE are the fundamental structures of the World. The Layers of the Micro-Objects and of the Radiation are derivatives of the AE. The Space is one of attributes of the AE;
17) The extension and the volume of the AE are finite, therefore the Inorganic-World is a closed system.
In conclusion, let us note the following. The metaphysical doctrine also opens a way to the comprehension of sporadic phenomena, for example, the nature of unidentified flying objects and ufologik problems. Undoubtedly, the doctrine worked out allows to give a boost to our world view. We can hope that the comprehension of Nature at the MR level will get the following development.
